Dear reader, what is it about 3 o'clock in the morning?
Why does it always seem to be in the middle of the night when we wake up?
Why is the first thing most of us do is to start immediately worrying
and fretting about our problems, our health, our loved ones?
How can we change ourselves, our family perhaps even our friends,
or our circumstances?
Our illnesses become critical, our debts become insurmountable.
What he said and she said and they said, becomes almost
unbearable. Sick and in pain, wounded in body and spirit, everything
seemingly impossible; the mountain too high the valley too wide.
Could this be you right now?
Well, I am here to tell you that you are not alone.

Have you ever woken up in the middle of the night
and asked yourself 'What should I do now?' Sometimes we are worrying. Occasionally we may have eaten something we shouldn't. Or,maybe, God wants our attention! This little book will bless Christians and non-Christians.
